Custom Characters
- added functionality to play the game with a custom character, i.e. you choose the 4 skills
- custom characters get the required item for the chosen skills, i.e. SWORD for SWORDPLAY, BLOWGUN for the TARGETING skill, MAGIC AMULET for CHARMS, and MAGIC WAND for SPELLS
- Saved Games are now stored in user documents folder (Windows/Linux) and subfolder: /Saved Games/Necklace of Skulls
