And an important fix for the Module Browser: fix for issue #5

Notes:

The sliders suck. They are based on the standard VCV Knob which only responds to vertical mouse movements. I will replace these with better sliders.

This repaints the wires in highlighting mode more often than is necessary. I can use dirty flags to improve that.

ALL Submarine Utilities are based on aspects of VCV Rack which may well break at any time, in particular when it moves to v1. I'll do what I can, beyond that... tough.
