the incorrect vb* pos tags in the dictionary has been removed, so I added tests related to dhowe/rita#177 and dhowe/rita#179 and made sure they all passed.
also added {"resold", "resell"} and {"oversold", "oversell"} to IRREG_VERBS_LEX in conjulator.java
