Add an option to map enums by name instead of index.

Usage example:

public enum Colors
{
    Red = 1,
    Green = 2,
    Blue = 3
}

public enum AnotherColors
{
    Red = 3,
    Green = 2,
    Blue = 1
}

Mapper.MapEnumsByName(); // switch to mapping by name
Mapper.Register<Canvas, CanvasViewModel>();
Mapper.Compile();

var canvas = new Canvas
{
    Id = Guid.NewGuid(),
    Color = Colors.Blue
};

var canvasViewModel = canvas.Map<Canvas, CanvasViewModel>();

canvasViewModel.Color will be Blue despite having different index.
