Behaviour change update

Changed width and xPos to use -100.0 -> 100.0 and width to use 0.0 -> 100.0
xPos -100.0 = leftmost edge, 100.0 = rightmost edge.
width 0.0 = no width, 100.0 = fills the screen.

Please note, the download is compiled to run natively on the RoboRIO.

The zip contains the java wrapper, C++ headers and the compiled library itself (RoboRIO version).
