BIOL7880 is a graduate-level bioinformatics course at East Carolina University.

The objective of this course is to prepare graduate students in bioinformatics skills

necessary for biological data analyses. The course involves practical training using biological

software. Upon completion of the course, I will understand major topics of bioinformatics research,

the underlying biological background and computational algorithms, as well as application programs

used for problem solving.
