• add skunkcrafts config (by @zodiac1214 )
• don't bloat Log.txt when departing from a SAM airport with beacon off
• add "zero configuration SAM library jetways" for scenery creators -> "zero configuration" is now complete
• update openSAM.lua for the A330-900
• avoid collisions of jetways during docking
• fix Marshaller_high not appearing in some sceneries
• get position of door 2 from the acf file (can be overridden in the config file)
• openSAM should no longer bloat the Log.txt for helicopters
• bug + stability fixes
