add 5 new langs

Currently, the website supports 16 languages, and with this commit, I’ve added 5 more, further expanding the linguistic diversity. The supported languages now are:

German (de)
English (en)
Spanish (es)
French (fr)
Hindi (hi)
Hungarian (hu)
Italian (it)
Japanese (ja)
Korean (ko)
Dutch (nl)
Filipino (ph)
Portuguese (pt)
Russian (ru)

tbh, after some tests, making a lot of packages changes, the code/packages/website broke... so, for now, i will only update node to v20.x ("@types/node": "^20.0.0"), to make it more longevity in vercel deploy (yep, still woking)

i will try do make this works with some packages update, but, idk... maybe i will only make another website; this is sad, because i really love this website, and i've put some time to update some things, add anothers and a lot of others things
