Junto Feeling Wheel - JSON representation

A json representation of the Junto Feeling Wheel. Currently there is only object, which you traversw and fetch the keys.

Appreciated pull requests:

• Add "name" property on each object
• Add "description" property and populate it from Wikipedia or similar.
• Add support for localization
