Upgrade to distroless-iptables:v0.5.6 for vuln fixes

Hi,

We need to patch CVE-2023-6237 found in the libssl3. A Trivy scan shows a match for distroless-iptables:v0.5.5 but distroless-iptables:v0.5.6 looks good.

If there's a test process you would recommend I run to help get this merged, let me know.
