Description
Currently it is impossible for a core to receive Ctrl-O and Alt-Enter combos due to the win32 menubar hijacking the keys regardless if menubar is visible or not.
I decided to block the accelerator hotkeys when menubar is disabled or while in non-windowed fullscreen. The particular key events must be passed through manually, or else cores will never get keydowns.
