Description

I want to move the upgrade.sh file from the templates folders to a single script and parameterise the inputs.
The key could use the parent directory names as the value.
This should then allow the removal of these files in the template folders.
devops/scripts/upgrade_lock_files.sh may help/be the fix.

Acceptance criteria

  • Create single script for terraform provider upgrades
  • Remove upgrade.sh script from template folders
