Dedicated console window and serial parser optimization

Added :

• Dedicated console window
• New optimized serial data parser

Removed :

• Console on the main screen

Solved :

• #1 Receive terminal message twice
• #3 Frame configuration is not saved
• Fixed all issues related to parsing serial data (like twice message in console)
