Made quick updates to the menu bar after my studies
✅ Logo in top left corner now points to raise.mit.edu
✅ Logo in top left corner is a RAISE logo, not a PRG logo
✅ Removed menu-bar link to "Curriculum Tutorials" and replaced it with normal Scratch tutorials button
✅ Removed menu-bar link to Teachable Machine. A button to Teachable Machine should be created for just that extension
✅ Updated regex to load Dropbox files by URL encoding or link.
✅ Added two functions to addCostume utils to make it easier to manipulate costumes from an extension
