Weather forecasting system for village farmers so that they can take precautionary steps against forthcoming adverse weather condition.
Key points :

Weather data is taken from wUnderground API
More weather data is scrapped from website, and then parsed
Weather forecasting message is sent to registered farmers' mobile numbers using SMS API
