Refactored : Todo - Convert the Editor/index.jsx to React functional component
Changes: Added a new file called "refactoredIndex.jsx" so originality of code remains there. Also the new file "refactoredIndex.jsx"(functional component) works perfectly fine like "index.jsx" (class component).
