Version 1.0.1

This is the stabilization release for 1.0.0.

Added ext param to the imagehandler URL to help external services to recognize images.
Image alt or title now interchangable, if only one is specified.
Implemented #7: Use module title in autogenerated alt's.
Item index is used in autogenerated alt's instead of ImageID.
Setting image width / height reworked.
BulkAdd: A numbers in filename now used to set default sorting index.
