`Box<dyn Error>` is not `Send`, which makes it harder to parallelize the rendering of the blog posts. `eyre::Report` fortunately does not have this problem.

This PR builds on top of #1157 and uses rayon to render the blog posts in parallel. This reduces the rendering time on my machine from about 4 seconds to 1.6 seconds 🎉
