As of version 1.39, `.cargo/config` was deprecated in favor of `.cargo/config.toml`. This commit adds the `.toml` suffix to our cargo config file. Documentation: <https://doc.rust-lang.org/cargo/reference/config.html#hierarchical-structure> Signed-off-by: Manos Pitsidianakis <[email protected]>
