What's Changed

  • Ability to rotate screen without accelerometer by @shyzus in #25

This is disabled by default and requires to be enabled in the extensions preferences.

  • Adds a new indicator + quickmenutoggle to manually rotate the screen.
  • Indicator when clicked will switch between landscape and portrait this should cover the basic usage of most gnome mobile users.
  • There is a menu available on the indicator which allows the user to choose which orientation they wish to rotate to.
  • Includes fixes from the E.G.O review process specificially the cleanup of a timeout and the usage of a extension reference over a extension lookup by UUID.

See extension preferences to enable features such as manual flip to have a quicktoggle/indicator for your screen orientation. Usefull for mobile devices and rotatable desktop monitors without an accelerometer.
