GPM v1.0.13

Welcome to the release of Gatekeeper Policy Manager version 1.0.13 🎉

This is a maintenance release including:

  • Updated e2e tests to verify compatibility with Kubernetes 1.30, 1.31 and latest versions of OPA Gatekeeper
  • Switched to Python 3.12
  • Switched to uv for dependencies management in Dockerfile
  • Bumped all JavaScript and Python dependencies to their latest compatible version.
