Tagging the monthly ET (units in tenths mm/day) and Kc rasters with a version to help keep track of changes. The data included in this tag are the rasters with CO (which uses the corrected SpatialCIMIS data).

Units in tenths mm/day

Updates ET rasters units to be in tenths mm/day. See issue #3 . For kc rasters, use the files in v2-0-0.
