This program is inspired of the tv_grab script written in PERL.
It is used to grab French programs from telestar.fr in XMLTV format
(Only the main fields are present)
It is compiled on debian/jessie with GHC 8.2.2 built from sources
Install Cabal 2.0 and cabal-install 2.2 before creating a sandbox 

To get help:
    ./tv_grab_fr -h

To create the configuration file (when the file is created, use # to comment channels):
   ./tv_grab_fr --configure

To grab programs:
    ./tv_grab_fr --output-file <outfile> --config-file <conf_file> +RTS -N<processorNb> -RTS
