Notes

Adds the missing webhook logs endpoint.
The entire webhook logs view is missing, so this is the backend part of that 😁

How to test

Using swagger
Create some webhooks and fire them (use webhook.site to test)
Call the logs endpoint via swagger, assert you get logs.
