Discussion Notes:

• Aiming to lock the overall navigation of the hive page.
• Decide upon the choice of hive icons and their final UI and placement on the hive.
• Home page tabs seemed to need a lot of scrolling due to larger tab sizes, prototype different UIs to mitigate this problem.
• Consider other responsive designs for the hive page - such as assessing its usability on ipads, and other screen sizes.
• Sven suggested to have a graphical workflow of different connections between the tabs, access-nri and access-hive.
• Natalia would possibly be contacting with the UI designer for redesigning the support icons, or possibly icons for tabs on the home page.
• Also, overall team agreement needed on the correct naming of the icons - "supported", "recommended" and "community contributed".
• Romain suggested that, "recommended" refers to the content not supported by ACCESS-NRI.
• In the meeting with the designer, we need to give them a list of all the icons needed for the hive page and their why they are needed.
• For the indigenous or other images used on the website, Natalia suggested that we have to be quite careful with correctly meeting the referencing requirements on the hive website.
• Need to finalise the location of table on contents on the hive page.
• We might need to have individual requirements section in each of the running a model sections, and changing the name of Access to Gadi@NCI to something else.
• Sven suggested that for the individual sections, we could numberize them rather than just showing them as bullet points for enhanced user experience.
• In the community resources tab, might just remove the keyword "community" from the section list on the left hand side.
• We might need to prepare first release by the end of July for the Hive to be discussed in the workshop. Also, need to have a testing phase for the overall UI of the Hive page.
• Need a way to announce things effectively on the hive page. Such as a snackbar at the top of hive page.
