FAQ:

The button will not be shown inside the ticket page. To be shown, the user (actor, who created the ticket) need to have (at least) one computer associated to himself (Users-> Used items)

The vnc connection won't connect DNS must resolve the computer name inside your network. Workaround: use IP as computer name. Other workaround: edit your hosts file
